The one-time setup fee covers your custom domain registration, website design and configuration, branded booking page, and full platform onboarding. You can also pay in 3 installments of GHS 175.
No long-term contract. The Free plan is always free. Pro has a one-time setup fee with no monthly charges. Growth is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime.
No — the GHS 349/month is the management fee for creating content, running your social media, and managing ad campaigns. The actual ad spend (money paid to Meta/Google to show ads) is separate and recommended at GHS 200–500/month, paid directly by you.
Absolutely! Most vendors start on Free. When you're ready, you can upgrade to Pro (just pay the setup fee) or go straight to Growth. If you're already on Pro, upgrading to Growth is simply adding GHS 349/month — no additional setup fee.
Based on our projections, vendors on the Growth plan can expect GHS 3,000–5,000 in additional monthly bookings from social media and paid ads. With the lower commission rate (2.5% vs 5%), most vendors see a net increase of GHS 2,700+ per month.
