At Bookikeke, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains what data we hold about you and the steps to have it removed from our systems.

What data do we hold?

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your profile information and preferences
Booking history and transaction records
Messages sent through our platform
Any data shared via Meta/WhatsApp integrations

How to request data deletion

Follow these simple steps to submit a deletion request:

Step 1

Send us an email

Email us at admin@bookikeke.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

Step 2

Include your account details

In the email body, include the email address or phone number linked to your Bookikeke account so we can locate and verify your data.

Step 3

We will process your request

We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

What happens after deletion?

Once your data is deleted, your account will be permanently deactivated and you will lose access to your booking history, saved preferences, and profile. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).
